In age of big data, the application of software is getting increasingly extensive. As a national basic industry, the electric power industry needs a more advanced management in order to raise the level of the competitive power of and the customer-serving power of the enterprise. In the 13 th 5-year plan of China Southern Power Grid, the significance of informatization construction is further clarified, promoting the grid information standardization, integration, real-time, interactive, and the construction of smart grid. In this paper, the area Power Supply Bureau marketing management system is based on such a large environment to actively try to be able to fully cover the power supply enterprise marketing business.Power marketing is a business which services customers directly, including business expansion, meter reading, metering management, customer service management, line loss management and several major categories, including the newly installed customer reception, installing the electrical energy table transmission and receiving regular electricity, power management, customer complaints and many other businesses, which is the immediate interests of customers. Building a stable and reliable marketing management system is conducive to the improvement of customer satisfaction of power enterprises. The certain area has 50 million electric customers, produced annually by the marketing business need in marketing management system was initiated and processing, and in order to ensure customer data files from being stolen, marketing management system for stability and safety requirements were very high. Based on this phenomenon, the author introduced the construction of the new marketing management system of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, focusing on the design and application of marketing audit management module and how Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau carries out the daily work procedure with such a module in software system. Nowadays, Power Supply Bureau is using marketing audit module to supervise and inspect other marketing business, by way of reducing the risk.The paper expounded a practical case of a software system applied in electric power marketing business. Marketing management system is an informatization platform of enterprise management, which standardizes the management and streamlines the beltline of power enterprises.
