As the important part of m anagement in electric power co mpany, electric power marketing is closely re lated to the development of electric power enterprises. The construction of electric power marketing system is the whole trend of the current el ectric power industry upgrading and updating. The deepening application of com puter and network communication technology in electric power marketing system further improves the level of the electric power marketing. The constructive meaning of electric power marketing system is based on the application of information management system to realize th e intensive, precise, modern management goal of electric power enterprise. Due to the weak compatibility and expansibility, the large maintenance wo rkload, the difficult system integration and othe r issues, the traditional inform ation system is not suitabl e for the devel opment of electric power marketing system. After upgrade, the new demand of the electric power enterprise marketing can b e quickly adapted. While helping cust omers to save energy and use power with high-ef ficiency, the ef ficiency of electri c power marketing and the benefit of power supply enterprise market can be balanced im proved. In term s of the construct ion of electric power marketing system, this paper puts forward the correspondi ng informationlized solutions.Through the electric power marketing system in this paper, different types users can r ealize their demand function. The power users can pay the fees by themselves, apply for and query business and other operations conveniently. Electric power business managers can manage users and conduct the busine ss transaction a nd operation manageme nt. Quality managers can manage and optimize the busine ss processes and handle customer complaints flexibly. Decision makers can scan operational situation and find the operational trends through chart to m ake decisions in a tim ely manner. From handling, processing and supe rvision to the final decision in business, the business circuit is formed.The development technology adopted by the electric power marketing system is as follows: using the mature J2 EE fram ework, adopting the SQLSERVER database which has high global market share, using the SOA model, at the sam e time using the concepts of BI in the decision analysis module and extrac ting the online business data into online analytical d ata by ETL. Syst em’s advantage lies in: using t he mature component type development mode to re search and develop, guaranteeing the stability of technology, realizing the efficient and stable operating system, at the same tim e providing the accurate and timely decision support. The lack of system in term s of usability also needs further optimization.This paper introduc es the cons truction background and business requirements of electric power marketing syst em, starts from the requirements modeling of system, mainly discusses the architectur e design, database design and general design of system and shows the excerpts for the coding of the system.Author is involved in at the begi nning of system construction, goes through system requirem ents analysis, selection of the technical architecture, building of business arch itecture, general design of system, system database design, system de velopment and many other software development processes, and also plays a central role on t he demand analysis and in the design of system database. At present, the system has been put into service and achieved good social benefits.
