With the rapid development of information technology, information technology has been widely used in various fields of society. National electric power enterprise is the important pillar of the national economy that plays an important role in economic development in the country. According to the basic national conditions of China now, in today’s society situation the electric power enterprise must improve the level of the informatization construction. The performance and efficiency of the marketing department is critical to the rise and fall of an enterprise, and marketing information could promote the total amount of the enterprise marketing. For Chongqing electric power company’s marketing operations, on one hand, daily artificial business process is complicated, and its time consuming is longer than other operations. It wastes a lot of manpower, material resources and time, and at the same time, it can’t provide convenient service for users. On the other hand, it could not acquire effective market analysis to develop market demand analysis and forecast. So it could not expand and develop plans to sell electricity according to the market analysis of the predicted result. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of electric power industry reform, we need to build an efficient and simple marketing business application system. Therefore, the purpose of this subject is to design and implement the part function of the marketing business application system to provide customers with more convenient and efficient service.This system which is based on the J2 EE platform uses a three-tiered structure, This subject implement the following three major functional modules of the system:(1) electricity check function module: it offers the main situation of the electricity supply of customers for inspection and management, which involves the sub-functions, periodic inspection, special inspection management, operation management, safety management of electricity utilization, default and power handling, as well as the qualification registration of electricity inspector.(2) contract management function module: it describes the template management of power supply contracts and different management modes of the power supply and utilization contract’s life cycle, and it involves the sub-functions including: sample contract management, contract management and public query.(3) customer archives information management function module: it classifies and archives the archives information of customers and all the business processes of the electronic and print information, and it involves sub-functions: file maintenance, archives information management and archives management.Besides the above basic functions, the system interface is simple, easy operation, and high safety.
