In order to fully implement the spirit of State Administration of Taxation's conference on the building of CPC Party conduct and an honest and clean government,earnestly implement the working principle of "management by rules,tax information management,anti-corruption internal control",and accelerate the construction of Dalian Municipal Office,SAT System's corruption punishment and prevention,our bureau has developed an Internal Control for Preventing Corruption Management Information System.Strengthening supervision right,the system guarantee to carry out the responsibility,so as to reduce the integrity risk,prevent corruption,and achieve the purpose of protecting tax cadres.This thesis mainly relates with Struts framework,CSS,JavaScript,Spring framework and other related technologies of JavaEE applications.This system is implemented with the method of combining theory and practice.All the problems during the development are applied to the specific implementation before the model designed with key technologies.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the broad prospects while ICMIS being used in the the national tax system,which is based on JavaEE platform,then introduces development platform and the development of technologies,finally designs a Java Web technology solutions after the system requirement analysis,system design and analysis and design of the functional module.This thesis focused on the state of the system of each function module design and implementation.Under the guidance of the previous theoretical knowledge,according to the profile design and detailed design,the system was developed with Java language under the development environment of MyEclipse.After being tested,the system reachs the expected design requirements.The system is summarized at the end of this thesis,and it proposes some recommendations for the further work.
