By proposing "Made in China 2025", China clearly puts forward the future of its implementation of the first decade of action plan of the manufacturing strategy from the overall strategic level, which is at the new height of history.High-end CNC and industrial robots will be considered as one of the key areas that would be vigorously promoted.Flexible production line, with industrial robot as the main carrier, is being approved by more and more enterprises because it has high technological content, and can enhance work efficiency and product quality advantages.Industrial robots installed capacity is increasing at the speed of 30% growth per year since 2014 when is considered as the first year of robots. But the industrial robot system technology is more complex. What is more important is the maintenance cost is too high, especially malfunctions in the production line can not be found in time. When we can not resume production, the cost will increase indefinitely. It is not conducive to the realization of the entire manufacturing power strategy.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to apply the research of robot-based flexible system fault diagnosis to practical projects and put it into teaching promotion.In order to solve these problems, this paper, which takes the independent development of robot technology center in Changchun as a sample, studies the subsystem of the flexible production training system of industrial robot by following the industrial integration method and combining with the practical case. It analyzes the constitution of the typical industrial robot flexible system. A fault tree model is constructed and reliability analysis is carried out.A set of failure analysis and countermeasures of flexible system based on industrial robot is summarized. Fault diagnosis system of real-time monitoring and fault forecasting is developed on the host computer to realize fault monitoring, fault preprocessing, fault recording, etc..This could provide convenient guidance for front-line maintenance personnel, and guide integrators in the actual production system integration when they build the fault diagnosis system.At the same time, through the research of this subject, some complicatedtheoretical research is condensed and simplified into the methods and processes which are easy to understand. The promotion of vocational education is carried out.
