The Design And Implementation Of Law Firms Management System Based On B/S Architecture

With the continuous development of society,the people's legal consciousness has been strengthened,which brings opportunities and challenges for the law firms of our country. On the one hand,significantly increased the demand of domestic lawyer affairs;on the other hand,because of foreign law firms we settled in the country,the influence of traditional geographical barriers to attorneys market effect weakening,attorneys market facing re reshuffle. Domestic law firms are in progress,or the key to the elimination of the stall. Therefore,law firms need to strengthen the construction of information,enhance the level of information management of lawyers,shorten the gap between domestic and foreign law firms. October 2014,China held a law firm in Beijing on behalf of the general assembly,when 80 law firms to participate in jointly explore the development and transformation of the legal affairs of the lawyers,the results of the meeting for the technology to change the industry. Simply said,the lawyer industry by information technology,construction of new situation of lawyers,change the existing chaotic order,the lawyer handling the case process information,customer relationship network,and lawyers training system,and set up the domestic and foreign well-known lawyer brand, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the domestic industry lawyers. Therefore,in this paper,combined with the management needs of China's law firms,the development of B/S based management platform for law firms.In this paper,on the basis of the legal profession particularity,combined with the problems existed in the industry, such as handling efficiency is low, the user miscommunication,confidentiality strong,examination and approval formalities complex, and human resource dispersion, designed in line with the lawyer industry requirements of the management information system. Law firm management system can improve the efficiency of personnel handling,reduce the workload of the office staff,promote the transformation and upgrading of law firms,and lay a strong foundation for the transformation of the legal affairs.First of all,this paper analyzes law firm management system research background,significance,described the status of our country law office management system construction,and related technologies,such as J2 EE and UML(Unified Modeling Language);secondly, the combination of the efficiency of the existing law firm of law office management system of functional and non functional requirements. Secondly,the design and modeling of the management system of the law firm,including: dynamic,static modeling,and related data analysis. Then,it carries on the system design,the static structure design,the dynamic behavior design and the database design and so on. At the end of this paper, the realization of the system is described in detail,and the system testing is summarized in detail.Through component law office management system,can achieve simplification and procedures of the legal affairs management,and sharing of resources,improve the service quality of the law firm,comprehensive competitiveness,and China's legal construction.
