This article uses VS.NET technologyand the three-tier architecture to develop the WEB-based law firm informationmanagement system.The system realizes system management of the case, which facilitates the inspectionand the progress of the case tracking. It implements management alaw firm’s affaires orderly, which helps to improve the efficiency of the administrativeoffice. It realized the customer relationship management, facilitates contact andcommunication with customers, and it will help to collect customer feedback. Itimplements the publicity and office of law firm on the network and through variouschannels to enhance the firm’s brand-building. It implements the management ofspecial funds to ensure funding for the program expenses and allocation fairness, transparency.The implementation of law firm management software achieves the internalmanagement of law firms orderly and standardized. Through the sharing of resources,it optimizes allocation of resource effectively. The system manages and tracks the case,supervises lawyers effectively which greatly enhances the office efficiency.
