All walks of life are advancing with time, and they gradually willrealize systematic and modular.All kinds of systems related to industry appear, andthey all develop in a direction to meet the needs of users. Management system has thecharacteristics of convenient, quick, and easy to operate, it has increasingly becomethe focus of attention. As we all know, the traditional management of bail pendingtrial and residential surveillance is time-consuming, laborious and counter-productive.The aim of this system is to get rid of disadvantages of traditional mode, providingstaff with a new, rapid platform.Through this platform,the staff can finish all aspectsof bail pending trial and residential surveillance efficiently.This system is under the operating system of Windows7, employing MySQL5.5as database development platform, using Tomcat6.0as the application server, and thedevelopment tool is MyEclipse10. The system provides staff with the basic functionof querying,adding,deleting and modifying the information about bail pending trialand residential surveillance, which is simple, quick, and the maneuverability is strong.The way of setting different permissions for different users is structured and secure.Setting up relevant organs for internal person is convenient to manage uniformly andcan be kept in good order. System can be used to improve the working efficiency,making the staff complete more work in a limited time. System’s electronization canreduce the use of paper and protect the environment. These advantages have importantpractical value.System adopts B/S mode structure, so scalability and maintainabilityimproves a lot, availability is powerful.System has seven modules, which are module of case, module of obtaining a guarantor pending trial, module of the residential surveillance information, module ofinformation reminding, related document module, module of data statistic and internalmodule. The function of each module is as follows:1. Module of case: main functions are: querying, adding, modifying and deletingsummary information of case and the category of the case.2. Module of obtaining a guarantor pending trial: main functions are: querying,adding, modifying, deleting the information of obtaining a guarantor pending trial andexporting Excel table.3. Module of the residential surveillance information: main functions are:querying, adding, modifying, deleting the information of residential surveillance andexporting Excel table.4. Module of information reminding: it contains information reminding moduleof obtaining a guarantor pending trial, information reminding module of obtainingresidential surveillance and module of configuration of information’s auto reminder.Information remind module of obtaining a guarantor pending trial mainly realizes thefunction of querying and deleting of the reminding information of trial. The functionsof information reminding module of obtaining residential surveillance are queryingand deleting of the reminding information of residential surveillance. Module ofconfiguration of information’s auto reminder’s functions are adding and deleting ofinformation’s configuration.5. Related document module: main functions are: querying, adding, modifyingand deleting of case and document.what’s more, it realizes the function of themanagement of accessories.6. Module of data statistic: it includes case statistics, obtaining a guarantorpending trial statistics, residential surveillance statistics; it implements query of eachstatistic, exports Excel table and displays the number and percentage of all kinds ofcases.7. Internal modules: system consists of institution management, policeinformation, account management, group permissions and system log data.In this paper, we regard the related technology, system requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system test as a breakthrough point, andeach chapter are discussed in detail. |
