Electrical operation-tickets system is an effective security measure to prevent incorrect operation in our country’s dispatching operation management, occupies an important position in the power system operation. Therefore, having a good, perfect operation ticket management system is laying the foundation for high quality and efficient completion of power dispatching and operation tasks.In this paper, we propose the development status of the analysis of the operation of tickets, business model and logical model based on the integrated use of integrated software design ideas, focusing on the whole network anti-mistaken scheduling the operation ticket data interaction design architecture, the whole network anti-misoperation votes in the design and implementation of the system. Grid anti-misOperation scheduling system decomposition: system graphical environment module, the operation ticket business processing module, topological analysis module, security analysis module, the scheduler log module design grid resource model and topological relations, the system uses the work workflow engine technology, from billing to ultimately saved the operation mechanism of the business process, in line with reasoning, the goal is clear, easy to extend and modify, easy to implement operation scheduling for user interaction method of generating. This paper on dispatchers operations management database to be designed.The application system based on server-centric, B/S+C/S multi-tier distributed system architecture and Oracle10i Database are designed and implemented systematically including the system log operation ticket management, monitoring operation ticket schedule to run log, operation ticket process, a graphical interface, plan management, security analysis, maintenance management and scheduling management function module design, implementation, and show a part of the system application.Finally, applying the above techniques, the integration of wrong operation ticket system has been successfully applied in power dispatching center of Taiyuan areas. Operation shows that the system has many advantages.
