The traditional paper work management has series problems like updates out of time,low efficiency,far away from being able to meet the requirement of modern solid waste disposal development,so the environment protection informatization will develop to intelligent environment protection.Based on the solid waste local situation in Foshan City,setting the principle to serve solid waste business and aiming at enhancing the solid waste information system general construction,this thesis proposes to build a management information system assembled by solid waste management plan audit informatization process,hazardous waste companies' basic database,transfer manifest information,statistical analysis,etc.Throught the solid waste management informatization construction,improve government office work and environment supervision efficiency,build an environment protection management mode while service and supervision promote simultaneously,realize the goal of Foshan City green economic sustainable development.This thesis includes:At first,this thesis considers the subject's background,significance,solid waste management development history abroad,and domestic present situation,and establish the research objective and content.Second,the thesis considers the development technique of the system,including Service Oriented Architecture,Browser/Server structure,XML data exchanging technology,which support the function design and realization.Third,through business and function demand analysis of the solid waste management present situation survey result,solid waste management,database and function are designed.Fourth,according the design specification,all the system functions are developed and implemented,placing emphasis on three main function modules contain companies' information management,solid waste information management,hazardous waste transferring manifest.Fifth,the system functions and performance are tested and recorded.At lase,the thesis is summarized,and proposed the future development trend about business expand,supervision management,technology update.Considering the solid waste reality in Foshan City,an information management system is designed and implemented,assembled by solid waste management plan audit informatization process,hazardous waste companies' basic database,transfer manifest information,statistical analysis.This system has come into use,and since it was published online,all the functions run stably and reliably,the users experienced well,and the expected design goals are all achieved.
