Based on the requirement of home appliance recycling industry development economy and environmental protection, aimed to provide engineering technology for enterprise applications,to provide actionable techniques to government regulation, we carry out the research of information management technology for the recovery detachability of waste electrical and electronic products. Information management system which is quoted in resource utilization enterprise is an innovative application,and the enterprise has brought benefits to information technology for manufacturing, green manufacturing.Acquiring the relative data information by detaching complete machines of household appliances, together with computer programming technology, people develop the enterprise information management system for the recovery detachability of waste electronical and electronic products, realizing the systematic management of recovering process, detaching product and storing information for the complete machine of household appliances.The system can be divided into two parts, the information acquisition terminal and back-stage management. Two parts respectively adopt the Power Script programming language on the basis of C/S model and the C#.NET language on the basis of three layers B/S structure. The two programming models adopted by the system are not only good for convenient, efficient and secure information input, but also beneficial to reducing the difficulty of software maintenance, improving its reusability and portability, improving its operational performance, improving the productive efficiency of software developers and shortening its development cycle.The system uses a special sorting code rule, achieves information acquisition, coding, filtering, classification, storage, statistical and other traceability functions. It provides convenience for the enterprise inventory optimization, compatible with ERP systems and database sustainment for the realization of the governmental efficient query and information regulatory, is conducive to the effective operation of the recovery, has important significance for the sustainable development of the industry.On the basis of above work, the paper tests and analyses the main functional effect of system and verifies the system efficiency. The software system has been applied for a software patent and applied to the certain resources utilization enterprise, in another words, it can fully realize the function of information processing system.
