As the core component of the entire aircraft,the working state of the aircraft power plant needs to be kept in view.The pressure it receives is a very important parameter.It usually requires the use of an analog or digital signal that meets a certain standard.Therefore,the pressure sensor used The output should follow certain specifications.In order to minimize the impact of the pressure sensor on the aircraft,the volume and weight should be reduced as much as possible while ensuring accuracy.This paper designs and implements a miniature pressure sensor with temperature compensation and a calibration system for the sensor.First of all,this article introduces the domestic and foreign research status of pressure sensors and the processing methods for their output signals,and describes the generation principle and compensation method of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors and their temperature drift.According to the task requirements,it is determined that the pressure sensor is composed of a sensitive head and a converter,and the appropriate device is selected.The structure and principle of the core device MAX1452 of the converter are briefly introduced.This article introduces the hardware circuit of the pressure sensor and its calibration system in several modules,including the sensor head,converter,MCU,analog multiplexer,AD conversion module,serial interface,power supply circuit,etc.The configuration methods of related devices in MCU and AD conversion module are introduced in detail.This article also introduced the software part of the calibration system on the compensation process design and the host computer software.The calibration system can collect the voltages output by 64 pressure sensors in turn,amplify their signals,and perform single temperature point calibration at different temperatures for several times.The host computer uses these single temperature point calibration data to calculate all temperature point data,And finally write it into the MAX1452 on the sensor converter,so that the calibration of the sensor is completed..Finally,the calibration system and the pressure sensors before and after calibration are tested.The calibration system can work normally.The performance of the pressure sensor after calibration has been greatly improved.The size and accuracy of its output signal all meet the task requirements.
