As the basic energy and important industrial raw materials, coal occupies an important strategic position in the national economy.Coal mine production safety situation is still grim,accelerate the construction of coal mine emergency rescue equipment, improve the emergency mechanism, equipped with coal mine emergency broadcasting system is for the improvement of the mine communication system, to the coal mine safety "six systems" construction has important practical significance.This paper analysis the mine broadcasting system development status, according to the present problems of mine broadcast system, studies the network interconnection technology,IP multicast technology, audio coding technology and the application of the queuing theory in the broadcasting system. This paper designs a mine digital network broadcasting system based on Ethernet and CAN bus network,which via connected Ethernet and CAN bus and secondary addressing in the CAN node ID, to solve the problem of insufficient capacity of the terminal node in the existing mine broadcast system.Through the application of multicast technology,in VS2010 platform to complete multicast communication based on C/S architecture. Solve the mine point to multipoint audio broadcasting system transmission, similar packets to the network bandwidth utilization. By applying audio decoding technology, the design uses PCM encoded in Ethernet, CAN bus using OGG coding to achieve limited bandwidth high quality audio codec playback needs.Based on statistical queuing theory, establishment of audio transmission model and bidirectional speech transmission model in Ethernet and CAN,analysis of the service rate, arrival rate and the influence of the node number of audio transmission system.Based on VS2010 development environment and SQL Server 2008 database, using the template file in VS2010 MFC application make a specific design.Implements the broadcasting system design of the platform, and based on the platform to verify each function of broadcasting system.Broadcasting system test shows that, the design of mine digital network broadcasting system solved the voice intercom, node expansion, partition broadcast and other existingproblems, has reached the design target. To the coal mine safety production and emergency scheduling has an important theoretical meaning and engineering value.
