Control strategy of precision motion stage is essential to improve its positioning accuracy and dynamic characteristics. With the constantly increase of accuracy and speed of precision motion stage, the design requirement of its control strategy is more stringent. The aim of this thesis is to research and develop a software targeted design and simulation of precision motion stage control.The thesis analysis factors that affect design efficiency and control performance during the design and simulation of precision motion control. Based on that, the thesis proposes specified software requirements, and software functions are defined. Then, Based on these requirement analysis, the thesis design a software architecture that support component extension and equipped various control design approach. It is pointed that the key of this software development is build a template library, which is consist of component library and design approach library. And design main data structure of the software.The concrete construction process of components library and design approach library has been discussed respectively. It narrates the method of building component based on Modelica modeling language, and use the method to build the component such as signal, linear motor and controller. It also propose the mode to express design approach into script files, and by this use Python programming language composes the current loop design method, optimization method of velocity loop and position loop, feedforward loop design method.Software implementation has been accomplished in C++ Builder integrated development environment, which meets the function requirements by invoke the component library and design method library constructed before. And takes the H-type precision motion stage as an example, to confirm the control strategy design and simulation function of the software. Through the result, it shows that the function has achieved the desired function and performance.
