| OLED display panel is becoming the third-generation display panel.With the time has come,the oled-related manufacturing and testing technologies are asked to be enhanced. For the reason that the conformity rate of OLED display panel is low, the development of AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) technology for OLED defect detection has also been faster. High-speed image detection algorithm is an important part of fast AOI inspection technology.But in addition, the precision motion stage technology is also very important.Intend to do the research on the rapid and precise positioning stage of the OLED defect detection,I design and build a Gantry High-Precision Motion Stage System,and focus on using an Adaptive Fuzzy SMC control strategy for the Gantry High-Precision Motion Stage System and building Human-machine interface for Gantry High-Precision Motion Stage Control System. The content is divided into4different sections:1. Based on the current development of High-Precision Motion Stage, to grasp the structure and composition of the precision motion stage, and also the characteristics of the drive technology.Design and build the Gantry High-Precision Motion Stage of large displacement based on PMLSM.Use the open control system based on PMAC as a control system.2. Create a mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor.Design an Adaptive Fuzzy SMC control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous linear motor servo system.Build the PMLSM servo system simulation model inclued the Adaptive Fuzzy SMC control strategy in Matlab Simulink software stage. Do the speed step response and load jump response simulation,compare the results to the PID’s,and analyse the dynamic characteristic of system with the usage of this two different algorithms.3. Use the PCOMM32dynamic link library and it’s communication port to the host computer. Build the Human-Machine interface of the control system based on the Microsoft Visual C/C++software development environment. Complete the design of the basic motion control functions, such as "X/Y axis motor move back to home fast","default detect motion control","fast/slow jog control" Etc..4. Write the Adaptive Fuzzy SMC algorithm program with Turbo PMAC variables and programming language.Download this algorithm program into PMAC through the user servo algorithm complier.Tune the parameters of the position servo loop in the system. Do the position step response,compare the results to the embedded PID’s,and analyse the dynamic characteristic of system with the usage of this two different algorithms,and succeed to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive Fuzzy SMC algorithm in this article. |
