In the past, the study of foreign media in the academic field is mainly confined to the mainstream media of western countries, Media Studies in developing countries are rarely. A small number of scholars focus on the report analysis research of the India media. They lack of in-depth understanding of the audience's understanding of the India media. Especially in the background of Sino-Indian Relations around of cooperation and conflict. India netizen is how to construct China image under these influences is particularly urgent. The paper based on text analysis, discourse analysis and sentiment analysis to study the network comments in 2015 reports of < Times of India > website. Through the discourse analysis and sentiment analysis of the reports of < Times of India > to sum up the Chinese image in the text, and to construct the Chinese national image.The reports of < Times of India > website were too many negative tendency on political issues, in other issues it is much more objective than previous years which has a close relationship with the development of bilateral relations and historical problems left over by history. Sentiment tendency on the online comment were roughly the same with the reports. The negative emotion under the political issues has more than the proportion of emotion of China- related Reports, but tendency in the reports of the smog, two-child policy of < Times of India > has a distinct tendency. The construction on national image of China in online comments of the < Times of India > China related reports has the "two sides", one is "advanced China", another is "recessional China",If only observe the existing infrastructure and technology development in China, you will find this is a advanced, beautiful country, India needs to learn from China; If extended to the field of environment problems and prospects for development, the reports about the slowdown in the pace of development and environmental pollution make Online comments on Strengthening impression that China is a recession, serious pollution to the country.
