Since China's reform and opening-up, the economic developed rapidly, transactions between individuals, individuals and units, transactions between individuals and units are more frequent, while deal size has been expanded, then whether the trading especially the trading of government is fair, opened and impartial became the focus of people's attention.Therefore, it has become an urgent matter to design a Bidding Information Management System to achieve the Bidding activities of information management.The thesis combined with practical project experience, Domestic and foreign bidding information management system for reference, We developed a Bidding Information Management System based on B / S architecture,Successfully bringing Web technologies to government procurement bidding activities, and achieve the basic principles of the bidding activities, which contains "open, fair, impartial, honest". The development of system is based on the J2 EE platform, using the SSH framework, Web applications layered architecture, this leads to the efficiency of development has been effectively improved. The System divided into the basic information management, company management, business management, news management and systems management system as a whole on five modules, each module includes several sub-modules. Basic information management module main function is to entry and maintenance of related information; the main function of company management module is to entry and maintain information of the bidding units and supplier unit; business management module is mainly responsible for audit information, announcements and so on; the main function of news management module is to query the announcement and maintain them which has been issued in front; system management module main function is maintaining the user information, system menu, system operation log and so on. According to use the system, we can standardize the management of all aspects of the biddingactivities, and effectively improve the level of information management of bidding.
