Planning And Designing Of Cost Management Information System For Construction Projects Based On IRP

Cost management is very complicated especially in a large construction project. In the life cycle, the project management will produce, process and utilize vast amounts of management information. So it is extremely heavy to develop and use the information resource. According to the experience of information in domestic and international large-scale construction project, cost management was needed to introduce information technology to improve project quality and overall operational management level. Therefore, the paper conducted an overall planning for the cost management information by the method of information resource planning. The main work is as follows:First, the paper conducted a comprehensive demand analysis for the large-scale construction project cost management business. The business mainly covered the preliminary design estimate, construction budget, engineering quantity list management, listing budget, the annual project budget, budget for the implementation of dynamic control engineering accounts and other accounts.Then the paper optimized those business processes and obtained the relevant business flowchart. Afterwards, the paper analyzed the data flow analysis based on the user's view. Finally, In order to lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization of information resources, the paper set up a unified data standardization system.Second, for the demands of the construction costs management information system, the paper designed a scientific system and created the function model,data model and system architecture model. These results can be used to guide the integrated development and construction of various systems specifically.Third, considered the six indicators of system planning goals that business process flowchart, data flowchart, functional model, data model and architecture model as guidance, treat the data standardization system as a basis, the paper designed the modules and program modules of large construction projects cost management information system.Finally, the paper realized some functions of the "large-scale construction project cost management information system of systems". The paper developed the cost management information system by the method of JSP. The System was mainly to achieve the function of non-contractual counterpart estimates.
