As people's democratic awareness arising and with the development of kinds of media platform, As we transfer information conveniently today, relying on the rising and the rapid development of Internet technology in the development of various new media, new media influence on public opinion has being played a more significant role than ever before. justice is the basic principle of the rule of law in any time, but the openness of judicial process as the main channle of judicial public trial is far from enough, so the information of the public in a single platform also is very limited. The emergence of new media makes a ripple effect of public opinion even more obvious, and supervision of the judicial activities is more obvious, so in this supervision environment, justice may be about to meet the unprecedented reform.
