With the rapid development of the Internet, web applications have been more and more widly used in our daily life, entertainment, business, and so on. The rise of mobile Internet makes web applications become more extensive and mature. Furthermore, web applications have penetrated into the field of industrial control. Excellent providers of configuration software have applied web technologies to supervisory information management software and real-time production monitoring and control software. Among them, web-based monitoring system on human-machine interaction is a product of the combination of Internet technology and control technology. Users only need to use a browser whenever and wherever possible, and remotely monitor configuration operation pictures. Users can know the running state of all equipments in work field on time.Web publishing is one of the important parts of configuration software. However, the current web publishing of configuration software faces two serious technical problems:(1) A large amount of information is released, often encountering network congestion and the low speed of response at the client-side.(2) The transmission of network information is not safe, the important monitoring parameters is easy to be stolen and tampered.Aiming at the above problems, a new platform-crossing web publishing model is presented in the thesis, basing on WCF communication technology, Silverlight interface display technology, MemCache distributed cache technology and MD5 data encryption technology. This model is realized and applied successfully in the graph configuration software for electric power production safety management.In the aspect of information content in configuration software publishing, our web publishing system need to solve two problems with configuration development and running system.The first one is data exchange, the second one is dynamic updating of configuration screen in a browser. The datas that need to exchange include system configuration information, graphics files and real-time updating data. MD5 encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the swap file, which can fully guarantee the security of network information transmission.With the WCF communication technology that support a variety of security mechanisms,data privacy and security can be effectivly protected. By using Silverlight, a powerful professional graphic interface development tool, an interactive web monitor can be realized. The whole system is able to cross most browsers and operating systems. Our method provides a safe and effective solution for the real-time web publishing of configuration software.
