The system of data exchange platform is a city-level data exchange system developed by Digital China, including the system of SIP Console, the system of SIP Studio and the system of SIP Server.The system of SIP Console is a subsystem of SIP exchange platform, including the system of management center, the system of monitor and the system of information resource directory.The system of SIP Studio is a visual development tool. You can use the component tools to design the convert of data and other tasks. Usually these tasks are controlled in the SIP Console.The system of SIP Server is used to monitor the processes and converting on the front-end machines, including the tasks of basic information inquiry, the inquiry of task execution status, the inquiry of task execution history, convert basic information inquiry, conversion execution state inquiry, conversion execution history inquiry, task scheduling settings, send task monitoring and receive task monitoring. Pre-monitoring can easily query the tasks and transform of the current node. It can provide strong support to maintain the system for system administrators.This article mainly writes the research and design of data exchange platform monitoring and management system. Its main purpose is to enable data exchange platform can work better. According to the needs work of data exchange, this system mainly includes node management, protocol management, packet switching management, queue management, malfunction management, security management and the monitoring and management of interactive data.Node management mainly completes the registration and configuration for nodes. It can detect the operating state of nodes automatically. Protocol management mainly manages the MQ protocol and FTP protocol. MQ protocol includes the configuration of queue manager and the configuration of queue. Queue manager is a program to provide messaging services for applications. The queue is a storage container of the messages. Packet switching management provides the definition and registration for the exchanging processes. It defines the types of flow routing, including straight routing and content routing. Queue management is to configure its priority. It is divided into high, medium and low level. Malfunction management provides the settings of fault parameter and fault reminder rules. It can send the messages of system or network failure that are produced during the data transfer to the administrator’s mailbox. Security management is mainly to configure the safety factors and define the node security configuration in the data exchange. Such as the signature format MD5. The monitoring and management of interactive data uses the statistical graphics so that managers can control the exchange data from a macro. It includes the statistics of data sending, the statistics of data receiving, reminders records management, file monitoring management and performance appraisal.Using the data exchange platform monitoring and management system can easily check each node health, data exchange execution process, failure reason and grasp the work of data exchange platform objectively.
