Two-dimensional code technology as advanced automated collection techniques,because of many advantages, it is being widely used. The online processing components in a variety of production material is the most critical, it is present in all aspects of the production process, taking up a lot of liquidity, its production process and information flow are the important part of the manufacturing sector that business managers real-time control, it must be to strengthen the tracking and management. The research of machining parts online monitoring system can effectively control the entire process of parts production and processing, and can solve many problems those enterprises are facing, can enhance business productivity and competitiveness. The two-dimensional code technology is used into the production process of the parts, which not only to achieve full sharing of information processing, but also to increase automation parts processing, and which will become a trend in the future.Firstly, according to the information needs of the organization and efficient production management and process monitoring, in-depth investigation in the workshop gives the transfer process of production workshop logistics information, by the analysis of the transfer information of online processing components, derived general idea and built the overall block diagram and functional model diagram of the system. Designing for important module of the system, especially for the important components of the system, such as the production schedule query module, real-time production data acquisition module and online machined parts tracking module, which were studied in detail. Secondly, according to the database of the system, proposes two-dimensional code data collection the diagram of E-R and production workshop relational model diagram in Fig. Finally, the use of development tools and ODBC technology develop prototype of the system based on two-dimensional code scanning of parts online process monitoring system, by the way of example to illustrate the application and operation of the prototype system.
