Ion barrier film is a Al2O3 or SiO2 film attached to the input of microchannel plate. It can stop the microchannel ion feedback, pass the electronics and improve the lifetime of the third generation low-light-level night vision device. Studying the electronic transmission characteristic can improve the performance of ion barrier film and the imaging quality and the service life of low-light-level night vision device.This paper is designed to simulate the different incident energy, membrane thickness,density, coating material for the influence of ion barrier film electronic transmission characteristic, analyzed the cause of this effect, and compared with data obtained by the experiment.This paper is also designed to analyze the ion barrier film secondary emission principle and theoretical model, used the Matlab software to simulate different incident angle and energy for the influence of ion barrier film secondary electronic emission characteristic, and analyze the ion barrier film secondary electron emission phenomena on the impact of electronic transmission performance.
