Now Beijing city gas demand is rising, which is associated with severe security situation. Gas pipeline system in the city, mainly used to reduce, stable pressure, has a high rate of more than human intervention, the problems and widespread, therefore become the focus of safe hidden trouble. Daily to assure the safety of pressure regulating system mainly rely on artificial station daily check is given priority to, but only the artificial inspections cannot meet the requirements of high security, therefore this system gave birth to.This system is designed in order to ensure smooth and safe gas supply. The main research content is through real-time monitoring equipment facilities, the environment situation in the city, so as to cooperate with manual inspection to replace manual inspection to ensure the security of the basic distribution. The research method of this system is the use of wireless sensor network technology, selecting the appropriate point in the station s all kinds of sensors, to collect traffic, valve position, pressure,temperature, environment information such as methane concentrations. Design of ATmega single-chip microcomputer to collect the data, control the scene through the LCD screen display for operating personnel to consult. Through the SIM300 module architecture for wireless mobile GPRS network transmission, to the background management system for scheduling personnel for 7 * 24 hours of real-time monitoring.Background management system is the use of JAVA language design of monitoring system of B/S architecture, on the basis of the data on site can be logic, so as to achieve the purpose of diagnosis of fault monitoring. Through the implementation of this system can solve sudden accidents caused by overpressure plenum, unstable pressure, pressure is too low, the tiny leak etc, it in the bud. Greatly improve the emergency response and fault repair time. In order to solve the data island phenomenon, to design the MySQL database data collection, storage, weekdays, lays the foundation for the future large databases.The theoretical significance of this paper is covered by the real-time monitoring system of hazard monitoring blind area, the actual meaning is change the manual management mode to digital, electronic, security, network, the highly effective management mode. Improve the safety coefficient of gas pipeline system, the escort gas supplies to the capital.
