This task is to monitorthe inspection data information of the AQSIQ(General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Qurantine of the People's Republic of China), and to design a set of information management system which can adapt to the dynamic adjustment of large data, the full range of data statistics, inquire, and multi dimension display.This topic aims to solve lacking of dynamic management for the detection resources of technical institutions, resulting in quality supervision system technical institution of stock is not clear, requirements inexplicit, positioning inaccuracy and so on, and strive to so that decisions can be effectively combined with industrial demand, local characteristics.To achieve this goal, first,through actively cooperate with the national quality inspection departments at all levels, collecting a total of inspection agency documents, inspection agency personnel information, information of inspection equipment, inspection agencies, inspection ability and demand information etc. more than 5000 documents. In order to overcome the low efficiency and inaccuracy of the manual input information, the program is compiled, and the document is automatically searched according to the rules. Establishes the solid foundation for the establishment of the system data table and the data automatic introduction.Secondly, based ona detailed study on collected data information, the information and data were reclassified, divided into nine parts: institutions basic information, area information, statistics of mechanism equipment, the number of agency, the ability ofinspection,special investment, staff information, equipment details and other information. Based on the classification, complete the design of database, data can be filled in the page, edited the page by all levels of department. For data query, summary, statistics, display experiments and design meticulously, basically completed the intended target.Different from the previous information management system, this system realize the full range of information query through the web information database processing technology and database related system dynamic storage and search technology. Based on the rules of the results of information processing technology, so that information is able to meet the needs of users, and in the visual display has achieved a variety of display results.In order to test the feasibility of the system, but also in order to make the system to serve the work, specifically developed to import word document data into the system program. After repeated testing and debugging, successful import of all kindsof data about two hundred thousand. Make the system have the ability of primary service.The successful development of the system can effectively solve the efficiency of quality control system resources. The successful application of this system, it is necessary to provide more help to the decision making of resource management of quality control system, make decision more scientific and moreefficient.At the end of this paper, the preliminary application of the system is summarized, and some problems on the system are found out.
