So, the enterprise cost management requires a coordinated plan, the cost data statistics, analysis and management of comprehensive integrated system, thus to help enterprise to own all kinds of production and operation cost to make scientific decision. Therefore, establishing a cost management system, use it to show occurring in the process of pellet production various consumption data, various cost data, and appears in the form of financial statements of a specification in a line of production personnel and management personnel at all levels, cost as the main content of this thesis research..In this paper, the system involved using Delphi as a development tool, the core is the Object Pascal, with a graphical user interface development environment, through the IDE, the VCL tools and compiler, cooperate with the function of SQL Server database, completed the development of cost management system.On the basis of an in-depth study and research on emerging condition of the cost management of XINXING Ductile Iron Pipes Co. Ball Department, and ball regimental headquarters listed company daily cost management system designed and implemented. According to the system development background, from requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and building project implementation in cost management system. Concrete is divided into the following several aspects: first, the research background, significance and the construction of the system goal and mission are described; Second, the business scope of the system, business process, functional requirements, non-functional requirements separately carried on the detailed description; Again, based on the requirement analysis, design, cost management system of the overall architecture and functional structure, including the system design principles and performance of the system, elaborate on the related fields of the tables and fields of the system database and meaning, the design of system security design also made certain, and on this basis for implementation of the project, the function modules of this system are given and part of the code.
