As the online retail industry becomes more saturated,industry giants are turning their attention to traditional offline retail.The concept of "new retail" has led people in the industry to think about how to use the most cutting-edge internet technology and Internet of Things technology to improve the offline shopping experience and realize the refined operation of offline stores,thus ultimately enhancing customers'loyalty to the brand and realizing the continual growth of brand's performance.This article takes that how to realize the refined operation of the store as an entry point,paying attention to some phenomenon in current footwear and clothing market,such as the lack of understanding of customers' preferences and the inability to capture the current fashion trends.Through the application of cutting-edge technology in the current Internet of Things field,a system was researched and designed for collecting the data about customers'behavior in the field of footwear and clothing offline retail,which could monitor the interaction between customers and goods in real time,so that brand owners could better understand the customer and be ready to grasp the industry trends.The main content of this study is as follows:Firstly,the sensor that used to collect the data about the interaction between customer and commodity in the system was studied.The three characteristics of the sensor that employed in application scenario,low power consumption,low price and high stability were analyzed.Finally,the Bluetooth 5.0 technology was used to respectively design a sensor for footwear goods and another for clothing goods according to their different characteristics.An innovative scheme for detecting the interaction between footwear goods and customers by using a photoresistor and another scheme for detecting the interaction between clothing goods and customers by using a three-axis acceleration sensor were proposed.And accurate algorithm implementation was designed for these two schemes.Secondly,the data receiving gateway in the system for managing sensors,receiving sensor data and uploading the data to the cloud database was studied.By using the MQTT protocol,the Bluetooth adapter plus gateway program was designed.It can make full use of the standard computer in the store,which greatly reduces the cost of the gateway.And data can be easily analyzed by using cloud hosts to store the data from sensors.Finally,in view of the various problems that would occur when the system was deployed in the real offline store,an improvement plan was proposed and the modified plan was tested,which finally enabled the system to be operated normally in offline stores.As the system ran about one month,the data collected by the system were briefly analyzed.And preliminary commercial conclusions were obtained,which veried the value of the system.
