The Design And Implementation Of The Equipment Hospital Website That Based On Machine Monitoring And Diagnosis Technology

An equipment hospital website, aiming to integrate expert resources, provide cooperation platform, serve for public service equipment and solve business problems, has been co-constructed by the large mechanical and electrical equipment for remote monitoring diagnosis laboratory of Beijing Industrial University and Far East Vibration(Beijing) System Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. AVIC Mechanical Institute. In this paper, through the equipment design and implementation of the hospital website, we explore the e-commerce operation mode based on machine condition monitoring and diagnosis technology and attempt to promote the further development of the industry.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the process of constructing the equipment hospital website, we have summarized the purpose of this website and proposed some advice on the construction of equipment hospital by referring to several domestic professional websites.(2)Based on machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, the website of the hospital is designed, with the main modules including: medical equipment, medical case, technical service products, hardware products, training certification, knowledge center, etc. In addition, the homepage and main modules page are also designed and realized, the criteria are developed for relevant product materials and a traffic statistics are made on the website.(3) According to the compiling of the training materials, course-ware production and the actual training activities, the website modules of training and certification is designed and realized. The most important basic concepts of the training course-ware, such as time-frequency conversion are completed by using Flash animation technology.Through the Internet, the platform of equipment hospital websites have been built for machinery condition monitoring and diagnosis technology popularized and applied, and at the same time, the website have gathered the research aspects of personnel and resources, not just few professional manufacturers of technology and product promotion, which is the main innovation of this research.
