In recent years, with the power electronics technology, computer technology, light the rapidly development of communication, servo control technology and application of the system is also not uncommon, for motor servo system control strategy also emerge in endlessly, but of high precision servo control system research on the precision of the still in the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth. Domestic and foreign market demand for high precision servo control system is still imminent. In view of this, this article through the encoder anyway hash algorithm and the algorithm is added to the servo system control strategy, which in a certain degree of the control precision of the servo system greatly improves the.The paper firstly expounds the overall structure of the control strategy simulation of the encoder subdivision technology under the Matlab software, and then analyzes the encoder structure and establishes the mathematical model according to its principle. On the basis of the mathematical model of the encoder, the M software is used to simulate the Matlab files, so as to realize the initial model of the encoder in the Matlab software. Secondly, in the Matlab software of permanent magnet synchronous motor model with encoder model contrast joins the encoder model before and after the motor model in high speed, medium speed and low speed under different circumstances the servo accuracy of influence.
