As the motion control system be used in NC machine and in microelectronics equipmentwidely, it had become a new research field. It is usually made of PC software, motion controller,servo drives, motors, and actuators, etc. Motion control as the main part of the system, itsperformance directly affects the accuracy of the system.In design of high speed and high precision motion control system of the controller, thecontroller parameters will play a key role in the system. Because of the improper setting willseriously affect the system unstable, leading to the response speed of system and accuracy cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, control parameter adjustment on the one of the mostimportant step is the controller design. The basic experience method is used to adjust, efficiencyis not high, the method and basic depends on the human factor. And if you want to get a stableand high speed and high precision of controller will need to get a relatively accuratemathematical model of the object. Aiming at realizing the plan of the motion control with highfrequency and fast response, a method of based on least squares identification algorithms isproposed to identifying object model parameters. To make the algorithm distortionless andstable in noisy environments, filter is used in input and output data filter. Constructing a leastsquares linear regression equation on the base of filter, namely adding a stable second-ordertransfer function can achieve the effect of stable recognition. The simulation and experimentalresults show that the identification data of least squares in noisy close-loop motion controlsystem is non-convergent and distorted, while using least squares algorithm with filter cansignificantly improve the stability and accuracy of the control system, and can meet therequirements of high precision and fast response.This topic according to the existing platform for the two-dimensional linear motor, set thesoftware and hardware test platform, to obtain the corresponding experimental data. Of themathematical model of linear motor and accompanied with the linear motor force ripplewaveform identification study. Separately in the classical least squares, recursive least squaresand the join filter of recursive least squares for the system identification system research.Proposed identification algorithm is verified through the experiment, namely, the feasibility and applicability, and identify the object model parameters of the experimental platform and largeforce ripple effect on control precision mathematical model parameters, the high speed and highprecision motion control has played a big role.
