At present,the grating encoder angle measurement system mainly faces two technical problems in the application process.First,the grating signal quality is poor,that is,the grating signal output by the grating encoder contains a large DC component,non-orthogonal,unequal amplitude and non-sinusoidal.Second,the grating signal subdivision factor is low,and highprecision measurement cannot be achieved.Based on this,this paper designs a high-precision grating signal subdivision system.By correcting the original grating signal and then performing amplitude sampling subdivision,the system has high precision,high resolution and fast response.Such characteristics have a certain role in promoting the future development of the grating signal.In this paper,the four technical indicators and subdivision methods of the grating signal are systematically studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing research methods for the four technical indicators are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current subdivision methods are analyzed and compared.The solution is to design a high-precision grating signal subdivision system.The overall hardware and software design of the system.A grating signal pre-processing circuit is designed for the characteristics of the original grating signal obtained by actual sampling,that is,the large DC component and the production equipment such as CNC machine tools used in industrial sites are susceptible to high-frequency noise.The original grating signal is subjected to DC and filtering processing;for the processed signal subdivision problem,the amplitude sampling electronic subdivision method is used,that is,the processing method combining amplitude division and A/D sampling.At the same time,the coarse and fine sub-processing of the grating signal is carried out,and the system running speed is increased as much as possible under the premise of ensuring high subdivision multiples.However,there is a certain subdivision error in this method.Therefore,this paper proposes a subdivision error compensation method for this problem,which is the table lookup compensation method.According to the sampling amplitude,the table is used to obtain the subdivision error compensation value to realize the subdivision error.In software design,the sub-module is designed to simplify the design process and the difficulty,and to some extent The overall performance is further improved.Finally,the experimental test of each module and system is carried out in the first part and then the whole.The experimental results show that the designed high-precision grating signal subdivision system has stable and reliable working performance,which satisfies the initial design of system function and precision.Required to achieve the desired set goals.
