With the explosive and geometrical growth of data, the demand for personalized computing keeps growing and the cloud computing with high computing ability is being accepted by the public. Cloud computing services are constantly welcomed by the public because of the low cost and high quality. Therefore, the rapid development of cloud services requires credible cloud computing technology support. The former credible cloud computing services can be explored from two dimensions. which are the credibility of cloud server and the credibility of cloud users, but it can not be combined with two aspects. It is of great significance to ensure the credibility of cloud services in the cloud services model, which can be combined with the three party's point of view of the credible cloud users, the master server and the backup server. The fault and credibility of the servers can be determined by the heartbeat algorithm between the master server and the backup server. Heartbeat algorithm is the lack of cloud users to judge.A credible cloud service model based on Behavior Graphs and Tripartite Decision-making mechanism had been put forward by this paper. The mainly work can be introduced in several aspects: first of all, the construction principle, related definitions, the collection of cloud user behavioral evidence and quantification by utilizing the monitor, the evidence quantitative of cloud behavioral evidence can be taken advantage of the concept of the degree of membership in fuzzy mathematics so they providing data to support by assessing the credibility of cloud user and cloud users screening. using the exponential(0,2)scale AHP to calculate the weight behavior and the number of cloud user behavior through the cloud user behavior data structure and update the cloud users' credible behavior, rewarding the legitimate users and punishing the malicious users. It can screen out the most credible cloud users as tripartite decision-making mechanism factor by behavioral graphs and each entity store the judge triples<m, b,c>. The judge triples <m, b,c> can note the credible situation from the other two participants judged and decide whether the cloud services can be switched or not according to the results which can be guarantee the credibility of the cloud services.
