With the popularization of computer and information technology, Information security and data storage technology has attracted the attention of major companies,a good data storage scheme is a key to the survival of enterprises. In recent years, the field of computer technology and advanced equipment come forth ceaselessly, such as the hot-backup, Cluster, RAID and so on, the use of these techniques can establish more secure and reliable system to meet enterprise-level customer needs.This thesis is based on the author's research project -- "QTI Integrated network management system", the author refers to the latest Backup research results around the world, and provides an improved scheme of the software and hardware combination dual server Backup, and designs an object-oriented software framework. It can achieve network monitoring, data backup and data recovery functions,and so on. The design scheme of dual server Backup uses Active- Standby Backup mode, a remote server is used cluster expansion, and make use of software surveillance for switching service, effectively reducing the service interruption time and improving the system's high stability.The paper analyses dual server backup scheme all over the world and lists their merits and shortcoming, according to the characters of data high reliability, the author design a scheme of the software and hardware combination dual server Backup. The frame of the system uses Client/Server Frame, the client of the system is based on MVC Structure, the communication Interface of the system is designed with Socket, and using XML to dynamic load modules. Described the design and implementation of the software functions. And analyses the deficiency of the system and the work in the future.Through our system can effectively prevent data loss, manage enterprises data and data recovery, and satisfy the increasing trends of the service, realize the dynamic extension of data storage.
