Hydraulic equipments are widely used in production practice because of many advantages, with the increasing attention people pay to production security, energy saving and emission reduction, there are more and more researches for safety, stabilization and energy conservation of hydraulic equipments. The three-phase voltage and current signals of hydraulic equipments contain lots of messages about equipment status. Developing hydraulic equipment diagnostic technique based on the three-phase electrical signal fusion and hydraulic equipment power optimization control technology are both dependent on accurate acquisition, storage, transfer of real-time three-phase electrical signal of hydraulic equipments. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of current data acquisition system and the practical problem appears in the forward research of the project, the data acquisition system of three-phase electrical signal of hydraulic equipments was developed. This paper mainly studies as follows:The three-phase electrical signal data acquisition system of hydraulic equipments is divided into hardware circuit of lower computer and functional software of upper computer. The hardware circuit uses two design schemes: data acquisition boards based on PXI6251 and embedded data acquisition system based on LPC2103, they can be used in different operating environment. According to the two schemes, relevant hardware circuits are designed for to achives accurate, effective collection and transmission three-phase electrical signal. The embedded data acquisition system based on LPC2103 icluding a great capacity data strorage module, which can accomplish real-time data storage tasks without upper computer; it expands the data acquisition system application environment.The functional software of upper computer is finished in LabVIEW condition which program were deceoped caaording to the lower computer hardware application modes. For the real-time data, first the upper computer do receiving, displaying and saving data by communicating with the lower computer; In addition, it can monitor a hudraulic equipument by using symmetrical component method and Hanning window FFT to analysis real-time data. For those historical data, the upper computer contains data playback and data analysis function modules.After debugging and modifying many times, the lower computer has been finished, it has been testified accroding to the requirement of Scientific and technological project of Shaanxi Province and the Education Department of industrialization project that cooperated with the software of upper computer. Results show that the data acquisition system of three-phase electrical signal of hydraulic equipments can stably and reliably run, accurately collect three-phase electrical signal, and monitor the running status of hydraulic equipments, provide reliable data for researching fault diagnosis and power optimization control method of hydraulic equipments which based on three-phase electrical signal.
