Material management of enterprises to the production of various goods required in the process of planning, procurement, transportation, warehousing, storage, use, etc. to plan, organize and control, reasonably solve materials supply and demand between time, space, quantity, variety, price and quality of the contradictions between various segments of production to ensure the smooth conduct of production to achieve the rationalization and efficiency to maximize logistics.With the development and production of oil field development, materials management reflect the multi-point, the line is long, a wide range of new features, especially the Oil Production Plant, Mine Production and Production Team, there are many hand-books, not easy to inquiries, analysis difficult, difficult to assess, monitor the problem in materials consumption management.The paper mainly discuss the material support decision of the Oil Production Plant, and the realization of the analysis and design , the main goal is to plant oil production from the current actual situation, the material security will be advanced analysis methods and modern management thinking and application development technologies to the material support the full integration of decision analysis software and to achieve production plants for the cost of each unit of a comprehensive, real-time, scientific management.This dissertation first introduces the background of subjects, the purpose and meaning, and then the study of the status quo at home and abroad, as well as numerous international and domestic Enterprise Material Management System in the situation , thus forms the writing ideas and innovation of this paper.UML Object-Oriented modeling technology is adopted for architecture design in Technology Roadmap, from needs analysis to dynamic modeling, the establishment of use-case diagram, activity diagram and component diagram of the system were described to illustrate the needs of the system model, the structure of the model. First of all, given a UML-based analysis of system requirements, the establishment of the material systems analytical framework; then analyzed and discussed the system requirements in UML modeling, systems analysis and design applications throughout the process, given the system architecture, use case analysis and structural components of the systems, and finally gives the concrete realization of the system.
