Marine traffic safety is a major public security problems, with the rapid development of the shipping business, the increasing number of the big ships and the more and more crowded maritime traffic, improving Marine vessel traffic service and regulatory requirements has become an urgent. However, at present the information regulation of Shenzhen city's maritime safety administration is still relatively backward, which is unable to satisfy a comprehensive deal with the complex Shenzhen maritime traffic service requirements, besides, the existing regulatory platform is not widely application, leading to low efficiency and effectiveness of supervision, which might cause the lack of ability to cope with sudden emergency.Shenzhen vessel traffic service integrated information management system is designed to take full advantage of multiple traffic monitoring methods, through information technology to realize multi-source data integration, analysis, sharing and distribution. We combine the current maritime industry standard data and operation process, the business process of Shenzhen maritime safety administration, comprehensive use of workflow technology, data warehouse technology to improve the current Shenzhen maritime safety administration of Marine monitoring daily work efficiency and management level.Shenzhen comprehensive information management system is used to deal with a variety of sources, multiple types of maritime regulatory information collection, analysis, integration. Through the use of smart technology information, we realize the automatic navigation of ships plan review and analysis of Marine traffic situation of automation. At the same time, through a combination of means of VHF radio waves, we are able to monitor and manage in real-time, and realize real-time release of ship dynamic information from a website, provide the maritime supervision and port linkage with the high quality, efficient vessel traffic managem ent information service.This paper illustrates the origin and background of the subject in the introduction, analyzes the current situation of the vessel traffic service at home and abroad, and elaborated this topic the main work content, a clear system for the construction of the target, and based on the function of the system, the automation of data collection, data analysis and automation of information release. We conduct function analysis based on the administration requirements of the Shenzhen maritime safety business. On this basis, to the overall structure of the system, database, and main subsystem design.After system design is finished, in this paper, the implementation method of the system of each module and the process of Marine traffic supervi sion is discussed in detail. Then we explain the goal, environment, method, scope and standard of the system test, and take comprehensive test, get hold of test conclusion finally, and completed the pre-set targets.
