Research On Intelligent Production-Sales-Stock System Based On RFID

With the growth of the national economy, degree of information about domestic processing and manufacturing enterprises have developed rapidly. The degree of information about most middle and small enterprises has been far behind the pace of the times, their " Production-Sales-Stock" systems still use manual way by doing manual entry and artificial management, not only the amount of data is very large, but also the labour intensity is heavy and the sfficiency is low. And there is a high rate of data errors and loss of real-time and other defects. Not only caused a great waste of manpower, material and resources, and may also give enterprises great economic losses.In this paper,a set of Intelligent Production-Sales-Stock system based on RFID is developed(1).it is developed mainly according to the actual needs of Sinochem Fuling Chongqing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to the company).This system can liberate people from the tedious and less accurate manual operation,and improve the real-time information and accuracy of the system,so it provides significant reference for the set of the real-time adjustment of production?financial inquiry statistics and production management decision-making.This system mainly combines the RFID technology, license plate recognition technology and intelligent production and marketing inventory management system, it forms a complete, integrated security information management system.Among them,RFID read-write system's main function is to write and read the customer important information;The main function of the license plate recognition technology is to recognize and read the vehicle license plate,to facilitate the real-time tracking and management of customer vehicles; Production-Sales-Stock System is mainly to complete the management of the enterprise, including: data management, access control management, rights management, inventory management and system management, etc,it improves the information management of enterprises.The system uses c / s mode, developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 environment.The database is SQL Server 2008. Hardware includes cameras, RFID readers, RFID tags, computers, etc.According to the specific needs of the company, the implementation of this system is as follows:the customers who come to buy goods are required to get RFID card when they come in, the guard use the card to recognize the identification information of the customer automatically, License Plate Recognition system automatically recognizes the customer's vehicle license plates, the customer's basic information are stored in the RFID card; the customer uses card to choose and buy goods from the sales department, and pays in the financial sector, then go to the designated warehouses to receive goods purchased. After the customer compleled the purchase process, they are required to return RFID card when they get out, then gatekeeper checks the customer purchase information, if goods and vehicles match correctly and the every process is completed, then the customer could leave.In the whole process, the related information are stored in the database after each step, to facilitate the search and management of the information.his paper has completed the design and test of the system. The test results show that the research of intelligent management system can be popularized and applied in the actual production, and it could eliminate the disadvantage of management, realize the optimization of management process and improve the efficiency of management, it is with practicability significantly.
