Kyrgyzstan is a recognized news and comments in the Cis countries the most free country. Media by the country's constitution and other law as one of the platform of citizens exercise their freedom of speech. Since independence of Kyrgyzstan's media industry in the country's political and economic change and the evolution of the situation both at home and abroad as well as the world's media industry development under the general trend of development, plays an important role in the country's social life. At the same time the media but also in other countries, including China, Kyrgyzstan, people and society, and the state of the bridge of communication with the country from all walks of life.
