Our country is a big country fresh food production and consumption, as a result of demographic factors and conditions, the configuration of resources severely cold chain logistics unreasonable, talents and advanced equipment are concentrated in medium-sized cities, and the technology behind so cold chain logistics distribution process is always delayed, leading to fresh food corruption, it will not only affect the health of consumers, but also for distributors and distribution centers on the loss of profits caused. In recent years, with the development of cold chain logistics, technological advances, and researchers concerned about the cold chain logistics for the problem, cold chain logistics and distribution has become the key to the impact of logistics technology development. Chinese scholars to solve this problem is a lot of research, however, the current domestic scholars in this area even though it can significantly improve logistics and distribution problems, but under the dynamic needs of the cold chain logistics in terms of cost too much, operability is not strong, cold chain logistics and distribution led to the problem is still very difficult.In this paper, under the dynamic needs of cold chain logistics distribution system for the study, in order to optimize the simulation algorithm genetic theory as a starting point, the reality of the dynamic demand and distribution centers for distribution to various distributors journey to find the optimal combination of distribution path, combined with the genetic algorithm to construct a theoretical model of cold chain logistics and distribution system optimization, the model gives a dynamic demand conditions in the distribution center for distributors of fresh food distribution is the minimum trips go, finally get the optimal the path system is the distribution costs to a minimum.On the basis of theoretical research on the article to a region of Guangxi cold chain logistics and distribution system has been verified as an object instance. First, the field research of a certain region of Guangxi cold chain logistics and distribution processes, collect relevant data(Distributors demand for fresh food path, distributors and distribution centers and distributors and distributors distance between the distributor issue replenishment distribution frequency of application), and analyzed and treated to give distributors the arrival time of issue replenishment applications, and distribution centers for the distribution of fresh food distributors scheduling trips, then MTLAB simulation software platform, combined with previous data processing modeling and simulation results to obtain the distribution center based on results of the trips scheduled for distribution of fresh food path. Finally, the use of optimization models were optimized to give a minimum range of Guangxi regional cold chain logistics and distribution system costs, the use of genetic algorithms to obtain the optimal distribution path.
