With the growth of market demand, cold chain logistics demand presents diversification and dynamic characteristics. The current cold chain logistics service capability lags behind the development of the cold chain industry. It is not only difficult to realize the integration of resources and the sharing of data, but also unable to achieve dynamic distribution in response to dynamic demand. Cold chain logistics information technology is an ultimate mean to improve cold chain logistics service capability, integrate logistics resources and to deal with the dynamic needs and reduce the cost, Hence, there is a need to study the efficient cold chain logistics information services architecture and dynamic method of logistics distribution.Cloud computing is a new information technology which can virtual a series of dynamically scalable resources and realize the efficient integration of resources. It provides a new way to study information services and dynamic distribution of cold chain logistics. So, the current study applies cloud computing to cold chain logistics to study cloud service architecture and dynamic distribution of Cold Chain logistics.First of all, this study explains the research background and significance of cloud service architecture and dynamic distribution of the cold chain logistics, and analyzes the current development. Then introduces cloud service mode to construct cloud services architecture from two angles of business and technology. The architecture do not only realizes the integration of customer resources and logistics resources, but also realizes the dynamic positioning, the matching of supply and demand, the optimal scheduling, visual management and decision-making management. Combined with "Timeline Record & cloud service delivery platform" strategy, the cold chain logistics dynamic routing problems can transform into static route problem. Through the analysis of distribution cost and identification y of constraints, the mathematical optimization model of the cold chain logistics distribution is established. In order to solve this model, the paper designs a parallel genetic algorithm based on the cloud model theory. Finally, it takes W’s distribution as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm by Matlab.
