Exploration Of Key Technologies About MES And CAPP System Integration In The Area Of Avionics Enterprises

In the information technology wave sweeping under the doMEStic medium-sized enterprises in recent years, the enterprises develop and implement a variety of information technology-assisted software by modern information technology through the development of in-depth and extensive use of information resources, which apply to the design, as well as the manufacture. As a result, the enterprises form a series of information islands, which lost a unified and linked management platform. Therefore, management interface development and technical platform converges have been put on the agenda of major companies. The platform converges focus on the requirements, data and systems category to receive and make use of. The interfaces planning and architecture design are also particularly important.The databases of all kinds of enterprises' platforms are different, which output the uniform language read by MES. The Web Service is developed these years, and the SOA is applied widely, because it does not need to reset the firewall to pass the data, by the ports open to the browsers, based on the agreement function. Several platforms output the documents and accessories based on XML, and it is inevitable to elaborate connect functions by XML mainly, and assistant C++.In this paper, the interfaces of different kinds of information systems(PDM, CAPP, MES, LanTop, etc.) in the enterprise have been researched. The SOA system structure based on the web service has been developed, and surrounding software integrations are researched, based on the main platform of CAPP and MES by the software structures. The efficient application of the interface integrations of the system structure has been obtained. In addition, the integrations of information systems in the enterprise have been put in practice, make the whole information connected, and lift up the speed of manufacture logistic efficiently.
