Reverse engineering is a comprehensive discipline which is very practical. It has a wide range of applications, especially in the industry. It has obvious advantages in the rapid development of advanced technology, shorten the design cycle, improve the precision of products. It is good for the survival and development of enterprises in the fierce market competition.In this paper, the data acquisition in reverse engineering is analyzed, including contact and non-contact measurement method, and ATOS optical system used in this paper.We have carried out the basic research of data processing, including multi view point cloud alignment, data denoising, data reduction, defect data repair, data block.In surface reconstruction, we use the common mathematical model and the modeling method based on the curve to analyze the problem of surface reconstruction, and propose a method of surface reconstruction based on the deformation of the deformation.In this paper, we Research the theory based on FDM deformation.And in order to satisfy the Application under special conditions, a unified mathematical expression equation based on the four minimization model is proposed.Firstly, the limit curve is extracted from the point cloud data. The target surface is obtained by the constrained curve and shape control curve. The transition surface is obtained by extracting the characteristic of the transition parameters of the target surface.The reconstruction of the replacement feature is completed,.Based on this method, we carry out the analysis of the examples, and study the feasibility of the method.
