This paper presented a design of a kind of single emitter space combined beam of semiconductor laser fiber coupling system. The system has the advantage of high power and high brightness, and can be applied in many fields.A kind of integration of slow axis collimating and beam rearrangement semiconductor laser shaping device was put forward. It has the ability of collimation of the spot slow axis and, rearrangement of the spot position. This structure can be introduced in the experiment of multi-single-emitters fiber coupling module and reduce the number of lens and control error. Meanwhile, this kind of integration has the advantage of high power output, good performance of heat dissipation and thus extend the life laser.According to the principle of the incoherent combined beams, the 915 nm single emitter space combined beam of semiconductor laser fiber coupling system was designed and developed. In this system, single emitter was collimated on the fast and slow axes respectively using cylindrical lens, and then superimposed the collimated beams on the fast axis direction using the 45°mirror.Finally, the beams were coupled into the fiber through the focal lens. Thus, the high power and brightness fiber coupling system was built. The core diameter of 105?m, numerical aperture of 0.22 are the parameters of fiber in the coupling module. When the working current reached to 10 A, the output power could achieve 60 W, the brightness could be 4.6MW/cm2-str, and the coupling efficiency was 82%.
