With the development of science with each passing day, Walks of life have become increasingly demanding high performance of semiconductor lasers. The main work of this paper is the structural properties of semiconductor lasers, The use of microlens collimated output beam of the semiconductor laser, the use of D-type cylindrical lens fast axis divergence angle of the semiconductor laser compressed to1.295mrad slow-axis divergence compressed to19.76mrad collimation efficiency of more than99%. Semiconductor laser beam shaping end-coupled into the core diameter is200um,100um, NA0.22multimode fiber in comparison. ZEMAX software to optimize, in a completely ideal case, the coupling into200um fiber coupling efficiency can reach98.25%;100um fiber coupled into the coupling efficiency can reach97.3%.Through the semiconductor laser output beam collimation and coupling design, making the final laser in the optical output beam spot has a good symmetry, the energy is more concentrated.
