National Health affected by chronic diseases easily, is very important to the development of the country. Early detection and treatment such as regularly hospital health examination or long-term use of the health care device, are effective ways to prevent chronic diseases. Health care products based on android smartphone come out one after the other with its hardware upgrading. But most of these products currently on the market have less function. In view of this, this paper presents a android based health management system, which consists of three subsystems: Hospital Health Examination Subsystem which can help customers to complete the health examination by themself; Home Sleep Monitoring Subsystem that allows users to monitor the quality of sleep at home; Outdoor Sports Coaches Subsystem that can help trainer to achieve scientific fitness results. Specific contents of this paper are as follows:1. This paper has completed the APP design in the tablet of Hospital Health Examination Subsystem.(1)The guide function is implemented by selecting the SQLite database to store client health check information, and using JSON data format to exchange data with DATA server;(2)The path navigation function is also completed by using i Beacon positioning technology, combined with the single point positioning algorithm to achieve indoor positioning, and calculating the shortest path to the next examination room with the help of A * algorithm;(3)The APP interface is designed. The designed APP has been applyed to Kaohsiung Chang Gung health examination centers, and praised by the medical staff and customers.2. This paper has completed the APP design in the smartphone?Web server design in the PC of Home Sleep Monitoring Subsystem.(1) The objective sleep monitoring function is completed: This paper designs a algorithm to distinguish Roll from No_Roll, and the accuracy reached 99%. The period between two Roll is staged sleep if the interval is greater than 20 minutes, otherwise wakefulness. At last,Sleep quality model is used to assess four index: sleep latency?total sleep time?sleep efficiency and total number of awakenings;(2)The subjective sleep monitoring function is completed:This paper uses the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale and other six scales to test sleep quality, and selects Wamp Server as a Web server to store customer information?sleepiness scale and their evaluation results;(3)At last, the APP interface is designed.Combined with G_sensor and Web server, this APP can be used for long-term sleepquality monitoring at home.3. This paper has completed the APP design in the smartphone of Outdoor Sports Coach Subsystem.(1)The functions of real-time rendering and receiving ECG data are implemented by creating a Service class to processe ECG data transmited by the Bluetooth serial port protocol, and using surfaceview to render real-time waveform;(2)For every segment of 200 ms, this paper uses differential algorithm, combined with dynamically threshold adjusting, to detect the R wave to achieve a heart rate extraction function;(3) The exercise heart rate control function is implemented by applying heartbeat exercise control method to the present system, and comparing real-time heart rate and target heart rate to remind the user to make the appropriate exercise intensity adjustment. Real-time heart rate and target heart rate are ploted by surfaceview on APP interface;(4)At last, the APP interface is designed. Combined with ECG sensor, this APP can be used as a coach which can help the user to reach the target heart rate zone, and complete a scientific fitness exercise.
