Nowadays, with the increased speed of social development, the pace of life is increasingwhile the social competition is heated, the living and working pressure are increasing day byday, there are more and more sleep problems troubling people of all kind of ages. According tothe latest statistics of this year,38per cent of populations of China are sleep disorder sufferers.That is to say, one of every3compatriots might’ve been suffering some sort of sleep disorderproblems. Also according to statistics, our motherland has1.2hundred million hy-potensionsufferers,1.6hundred million dyslipidemia sufferers, more than2hundred millionpathoglycemia sufferers, and modern medication has proved that hy-potension, diabetes, andthe normal function of our body-elimination has all been confirmed to be highly-related withthe symptom of sleep disorder. Considering the heightened tension of present situation, it isextremely important to adopt a technical methods that be provided with the characteristics ofhighly convenient, easily-operated, low-cost, and negative-psychological-effect-free.The key design of a sound sleeping health monitoring system is the idea of non-invasive.If we lose sight of the non-invasive means, the sleepers won’t be comfortable at all and mayrise aggressive empathy to the monitoring system. Our research has brought the low-costPVDF sensor into use of a sleeping-mat. The PVDF sensor has the unique physicalcharacteristics of low-impedance and high-sensitivity that made itself extremely suitable to theuse of human physiological signal monitoring territory.Our research designed a method to auto-leveling the heart beat and respiratory amplitudepower. The AUTO-LEVEL design is the core technology of our whole system. We alsodesigned an artificial-intelligence, real-time sleep staging system. The Real-time sleep autostaging system is quite different from the traditional linear staging system. We couldn’t findany research reports of real-time sleep staging within the boundary of our motherland yet. Ourartificial-intellignce sleep auto staging system could distinguish sleep states quite clearly, withthe accuracy of82%.
