Therefore, it has become an emergence to design and implement a personalized comprehensive information management platform based on Internet, computers and database technologies.The system combines the thoughts in software engineering, by using computer technology, e-commerce technology, dataflow management and the international leading hardware and software equipment, builds a new contract and cash flow management platform, comprehensively and systematically reflect the real-time and control group (including subordinate branch) the progress of the project, contract trends, scheduled payment, the actual payment; treatment standard of service, so that the whole group (including subordinate branch) business processing unified, standardized data structures; provide accurate first-hand information for leadership decision-making, so that the company’s management decision based on the strong scientific basis, more standardized operation and management of the company, reduce the company’s operating risk.The system is based on C/S mode, uses UML object-oriented modeling language needed to the system by graphical modeling, and based on WEB technology build the structure on the basis of ASP.NET technology and SQL Server. We use black box method to test the function of each module, to comprehensively test the data security, accuracy and integrity of each module; test results show that the design of our system is completely in conformity with the high cohesion, low coupling thoughts in software engineering.
