| With a global economic downturn as well as an increasingly fierce competition, China has put forward the strategic target about manufacturing 2025, confirming that corporate information construction is effect to improve management level and to seek for development among the competition. The traditional ERP system can no more be suitable for the industrial features and manufacturing modes of multi -type and small-quantity in the special -purpose vehicle industry. Therefore, it is in urgent demand that the special -purpose vehicle industry have an advanced ERP system management software, so that the objective of shortening the manufacturing period is achieved. Moreover, it is with informationization that the core competitiveness is boosted, the customer's satisfaction improved and the market share enhanced.By exampling the management practice of Beijing Sanxing Automobile in manufacturing the special -purpose vehicles, and also by combining computer tech, internet tech as well as database tech, the paper proposes the development of a new ERP system for special -purpose vehicles, which shall meet series of performance requirements such as normalizing the business procedure, simplifying the operating interface, optimizing the maintainability, prompt updating the data and stabilizing the security, based on the specific requirements and difficulties of the ERP application for special-purpose vehicle industry.The dissertation analyzed the developing tech and the application of ERP system, and focused on the managerial characteristics of special -purpose vehicles of Beijing Sanxing Automobile, then constructed the holistic frame of special -purpose vehicles of Beijing Sanxing Automobile based on Eager Software Development Platform, which has seven main systemic functions including basic data, sales management, BOM management, production management, procurement management, storage management and general manager's inspection, etc. Meanwhile, the system will conduct functional development and performance test towards all modules, complete united test and online trial operation of the systemic function, adjust promptly the compatibility of the system and optimize the systemic functions constantly.The paper refers to each link of the ERP system of Beijing Sanxing Automobile from systemic requirement analysis, frame design, detailed design, and realization of the systemic functions to implementation of the systemic application. Therefore, it realizes the informationization of the whole business procedure management and enhances the corporate managerial efficiency.Besides, as the holistic test is done and the ERP system of special-purpose vehicles of Beijing Sanxing Automobile is mature, it can offer a reference on technology and on experience for the development and application of other enterprise's ERP system. |
