Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the development of the iron and steel industry was difficult, the economic downward pressure was increased, “adjusting the structure, promoting the transformation, mining cost potential” has become the fate road of the iron and steel industry. Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. is in the danger, to seize the opportunity of the adjustment of products, the implementation of projects of technological transformation. The Ministry of construction is responsible for the company’s capital construction and technical transformation, and the cost management of project construction is the most important. The role of construction machinery vehicles is very important, is one of the important factors affecting the project cost.In practical work, the operation of vehicles and construction machinery exist many problems, such as: low efficiency of the vehicle, deployed is not flexible enough, division of costs is not clear, data recording unreal, all of these factor leading to the high cost of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the information management platform, which link the management into the management and monitoring.This topic through the design of the software process theory, to demand management as the clue, by PB platform with knowledge database and SQL Server 2005 clues in the data through, presented in the form of C/S interface in the eyes of the user. Through of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. construction ministry of construction management present situation, demand management analysis to build the overall framework of the system, starting from the basic data of the vehicle management data according to the function module partition for four basic modules, respectively, the basic information module of the vehicle, vehicle maintenance module, vehicle module, bicycle calculation module. With the aid of PB interface design, using the database to achieve specific, complex logic relations, including database stored procedures, database maintenance function is applied to the data to reduce data operations in the interface, the complicated logic relations in the backend database operation and increase the speed of operation of the interface, as far as possible to achieve data of rapid response. Finally, the specific data flow of the module, a clear embodiment of the management process, achieve the desired data query function.This system has been built by improving and testing successfully in Xinxing Pipes Limited by Share Ltd, is currently running well. The system using software and information processing, through timely data entry, the process of maintenance, real-time monitoring, effectively reflect the bicycle cost accounting condition, construction department team in the basis of the original mode of operation and good condition rate also maintained a higher level, the cost effective control, vehicle efficiency have been greatly improved, the realization of the mechanical engineering project cost control. This system has been achieved the "best use" and increase the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
