At present our country the internal network of classified units all adopt the method of physical isolation with internet management,with the development of information technology,e-government,office automation,and constantly improve the production level,the unit interior information system information amount of interaction with the outside world has been increased.This information is usually in the form of tangible information carrier for delivery.How to effectively control all kinds of tangible information carrier,reduce the risk of the carrier moving,has been a problem in most of the classified units.Many classified units in the use of the print auditing system,burn auditing system,storage management system,the safety of the carrier management had the very big enhancement,but there are still some problems:all kinds of carrier decentralized management,the carrier management no using information technology,the carrier did not achieve full life-cycle management.In order to solve the above problems,in this paper,using software engineering method and theory to analyze the business process,function and use cases of carrier management system.This paper uses the Django web framework to design and implement a carrier management system based on B/S architecture.The system has modles such as carrier input,carrier move,carrier reclaime,carrier query and full life-cycle management,system management,and the key modules were tested.Test results show that the system is simple operation,good user experience,the key module function to achieve the expected effect,has the characteristics of quick and practical,the system can meet the demand of classified unit carrier management.Using the system simplifies the difficulty of the carrier management,improve the efficiency and security of the carrier management.
